This category honors a female leader who has made an exceptional impact on the sports industry in the Middle East through visionary leadership, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Judges will look for evidence of tangible achievements—including spearheading successful initiatives, advancing strategic objectives, driving positive cultural change within their organisation and the wider sports community.

Key considerations include the nominee’s influence on promoting gender equality and inclusion, the extent to which they have inspired others, and the measurable outcomes of their leadership efforts.

Nominees should demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, including strategic decision-making, team motivation, and resilience under pressure.

Innovation in programmes or initiatives that transform sports culture is vital, alongside measurable achievements in organisational or team success.

The nominee must be present in one of the following Middle Eastern countries: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, and or Syria between 1st January 2024 – 31st December 2024.
