Sport Venue of the Year

This category celebrates exceptional sports venues in the Middle East that have demonstrated excellence in hosting events, enhancing the fan experience, and contributing to the growth of the sports industry.

Judges will evaluate venues on their facilities, infrastructure, and ability to accommodate diverse sporting events, ranging from local competitions to international tournaments.

Key considerations include the venue’s innovation, accessibility, and commitment to sustainability, as well as its efforts to create an outstanding experience for athletes, spectators, and stakeholders.

Submissions should highlight notable events hosted during the eligibility period, operational excellence, and community engagement initiatives. Entrants are encouraged to include measurable outcomes, testimonials, or examples of how the venue has set a benchmark for excellence in the region.

The facility must operate in one or more of the following Middle Eastern countries: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran and or Syria between 1st January 2024 – 31st December 2024.

Entries are welcome from all organisations that are licensed as a sports venue/facility in the region.
