This category recognises a forward-thinking leader who has significantly influenced the sports industry in the Middle East through innovative ideas, strategic foresight, and transformative initiatives, ultimately shaping the future of sports in the region.

Nominations should showcase the leader’s ability to inspire teams, communities, and organisations around a compelling vision.

Key considerations include evidence of innovative strategies, measurable impact, and how this vision has driven growth, collaboration, or raised the profile of sport in the Middle East.

Nominations are encouraged to provide tangible outcomes and success stories demonstrating the leader’s exceptional capacity to steer the industry forward.

The nominee must be present in one of the following Middle Eastern countries: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, and or Syria and must have used the tech between 1st January 2024 – 31st December 2024
