Mass Participation Event of the Year

This category honors events in the Middle East that have successfully engaged a large and diverse group of participants, creating an inclusive and memorable experience for all. Judges will look for evidence of effective planning and execution, including robust logistics, engaging activities, and a welcoming environment that encourages broad community participation.

Submissions should highlight measurable success indicators—such as attendance numbers, participant satisfaction, and community impact—while demonstrating the event’s ability to foster camaraderie, physical activity, and positive social interactions. Additional considerations include efforts to reach underrepresented groups, safety measures, and any societal benefits delivered.

Entrants are encouraged to include testimonials, feedback data, and case studies showcasing how the event created a meaningful and lasting impression.

The nominee must be present in one of the following Middle Eastern countries: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, and or Syria and must have used the tech between 1st January 2024 – 31st December 2024.
