This category celebrates outstanding youth sports programmes in the Middle East that have made a significant impact on young athletes and communities. Judges will evaluate programmes that demonstrate excellence in promoting physical activity, skill development, and personal growth among young participants. Key considerations include the programmes accessibility, inclusivity, and success in fostering a love for sports while delivering increased participation, improved performance, or community engagement.
Submissions should highlight how the programmes inspires and supports youth, including innovative approaches to coaching, mentorship, or education.
Judges will also look for evidence of long-term impact, such as pathways, personal development opportunities, or contributions to health and well-being. Entrants are encouraged to provide testimonials, success stories, or metrics showcasing the programmes positive influence on participants and the wider community.
The organisation must have operated in one or more of the following Middle Eastern countries: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran and or Syria between 1st January 2024 – 31st December 2024.
